A pocket size hairbrush shaped like a hedgehog, this little chap has maple pin "spikes" to brush your hair whether thick or fine, long or short.
His six rows of maple pins can be used to massage the scalp and are carefully embedded in the rubber base to avoid hair becoming tangled or snared, resulting in less hair loss during brushing.
Hand crafted from waxed beechwood and finished with an engraved face, he measures 9.8cm long approximately and will fit neatly into a bag, briefcase, travel bag or pocket.
All our hairbrushes are hand crafted from natural materials. Choose the brush most suitable for your hair type and style:
Wooden pins and bristle will not absorb heat during blow drying and are good for long and thick hair; metal pins work well for thick, curly and long hair but may absorb heat during styling with a hairdryer.
Softer, light bristle is gentler for sensitive scalps and suits most hair types; stiffer, black boar bristle is good for long hair and thick hair but may be used for all hair types.
Generally, for longer or thicker hair a larger brush head and longer pins or bristles works best, but it is a matter of personal preference. We also offer gentler brushes for children and babies, plus a fibre brush for vegans.
Designed and developed by Redecker in Germany, quality brush manufacturers since 1935, most of our collection is manufactured at the Redecker workshops, although some items require specialist manufacturing processes in other parts of the world.
