Keep your hand crafted goat hair and horsehair brushes clean and ready for use with our atainless steel and varnished wood comb. Use it to comb through brushes after every use and after occasional washing (see instructions below) to preserve the brushes for a lifetime of faithful service.
Gently wash horsehair and goat hair brushes in lukewarm water using a mild detergent or shampoo, then rinse thoroughly before drying flot or suspended by the integral hanging loops where appropriate. Then, after the brush is completely dry, gently comb through the hair to detantle and straighten before storing. Never place brushes near direct heat to dry as this will damage the hair and could crack the wooden handles.
